Orlando was wonderful. Great atmosphere. Great music. Absolutely love this place. Highly recommend the tackle box. Keylime pie I would walk from Tn. To get.
Such yummy food. The cocktails are top notch. There were so many wonderful things to choose from so we ended up ordering lots of small plates to share. That shrimp po boy was divine and I’m still thinking about those perfect grits. We sat at the bar for happy hour and the bartender was great. He told me his name and I forgot it- dark haired guy with cool tattoos. Highly recommend.
Looks can be deceiving.... The only reason I give the atmosphere a 4 star is because when I approached the outside it wasn't a very cozy/welcoming look. In fact, I asked my husband if he was sure he wanted to come here and he said "let's just do it". I'm glad he did because WOW! Inside was beautiful and the service and food were impeccable. Try it all because not one dish disappoints. From start to finish, this was GREAT dinner!
This place is SO good. Best fish I’ve had in awhile! Orlando, our server, was super informative and such a great guy. He had great insight on the menu and made the evening that much better. My boyfriend and I love to surround our date nights around food and this is gonna be a new staple for us. 10/10!
So nice, I dined here twice! Highly recommend: hogfish ceviche, half-off stone crab claws on Thursdays, Jon the server Good, not great: key lime pie, blackened golden tile with underseasoned mashed potatoes and the blandest horseradish sauce ever Skip: conch fritters Friendly to solo diners. Great music. Elegant but relaxed vibe. I’d love to come back for more seafood!
We loved this restaurant! The look, the food, the drinks and the service were fantastic. Our waitress Maria was so sweet and personable and gave great recommendations. We got the deviled eggs with caviar, buffalo fish wings, and fish dip, which were all delicious. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Miami.
We had a fantastic evening at Stiltsville! We came here specifically for the hog fish and it did not disappoint! Natalie was amazing- she provided fantastic service and recommendations throughout the evening! As a Florida girl, who now live out West- I wish this restaurant was in my neighborhood! Awesome aesthetic, artisan cocktails, fresh fish, and a great experience! Thank you for a great night!
Late review, but we had a great Christmas Eve dinner. Our waiter was so knowledgeable and provided such great service throughout the meal. Each dish was thoughtfully put together and presented & very fresh.
